How to delete your account in the app

1. 1. Open the Zchedule app and sign in to your account.
2. 2. Go to Settings.
3. 3. Tap Delete Account.
4. 4. Confirm your request to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Can’t access your account?

If you cannot log in, you can request account deletion by emailing support@zchedule.app. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account when possible.

What data is deleted

• • Your sign-in (email/password or Google link), name and profile photo
• • Your membership in every team, including your notification settings, push tokens and any private payroll profile your employer kept about you
• • The signup and marketing-attribution record tied to your account
• • Teams you own — the entire team: its members, schedules, shifts, requests, attendance and location records, kiosks and settings — after its Stripe subscription is cancelled

What data may be retained

Past shifts, attendance records (including any clock-in location evidence) and audit-log entries you generated in a team that someone else owns stay with that team as the employer's timekeeping records. They show the name the team had for you at the time. Your future shifts on that team are left unassigned. If you would like those records de-identified, email us and we will work with the team owner.

Limited information may also be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or enforcement of our agreements. Copies held by our service providers (for example Stripe transaction records and server logs) follow those providers' retention periods.

Deletion timeline

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Emailed requests are typically processed within 30 days.
