The work isn't in one building.
Cleaning teams work at client sites, often in the evening, often without a manager there. The schedule and the clock-in have to do more of the checking.
- Crews
- Schedule each person on the shifts they'll work together. Everyone sees their own shifts and the published week.
- Site details
- Put the address, access code instructions or checklist in the shift note so the crew has it on their phone.
- Changing times
- When a client moves the clean, edit the shift. Only the people on it are notified.
- Availability
- Crew set the days and hours they can work. Clashes are flagged before you publish.

- On Pro, set a GPS zone around each site and choose warn, review or block for punches outside it.

Yes. A team can have several zones, each with its own radius and rule, applying to everyone or to certain people.
No. Location is read when someone clocks in or out and, if you use it, while they're clocked in to see if they leave the site. Nothing is recorded when they're off the clock.
