Part-time availability and a floor that's never empty.
Retail schedules are built mostly from part-timers, and the week you need in December isn't the week you need in March.
- Opening and closing
- Save opening and closing shifts for your key holders and paint them across the week. A day with nobody on it is flagged.
- Floor coverage
- Overlap shifts in the middle of the day. The board shows every person's shifts so you can see the gaps.
- Part-time availability
- Staff set their own days and hours in the app. Shifts that clash are listed when you press Publish.
- Changing weeks
- Duplicate last week and adjust it, or save whole weeks as templates for busy and quiet periods (Starter and up).
- Weekends and overtime
- Weekly hours are totalled as you schedule, and anyone over their limit is flagged before the week goes out.
- Clock-in
- Staff clock in from their phone, a browser or a tablet by the register. Late and unscheduled punches are flagged.
