Staff shifts for your salon, planned around who can work

Zchedule schedules your team, not your clients. Plan who covers the front desk and who's in each day, publish it to their phones, and see who has clocked in.

An example Saturday for staff on hourly shifts. Appointment times are managed in your booking system.

The desk needs covering, and people set their own days.

In many salons the front desk and assistants work hourly shifts while stylists keep set days. Either way, someone has to open, someone has to close, and everyone needs to know the week.

Front desk
Opening and closing desk shifts saved as templates. A day with no one scheduled is flagged on the board.
Set days
Staff record the days and hours they work as their availability, so a shift outside them is flagged before you publish.
Time off
Staff block out specific dates in the app. You see the clash before the week goes out, not on the day.
Visibility
Everyone sees the published week in the app, and anyone whose shift changes gets a notification.
Clocking in
Hourly staff clock in from the app or a tablet at the desk, with lunches recorded.

Availability

Work around the days people have set.

Each person keeps their availability and blocked-out dates in the app. When you publish, anything that clashes is listed with the name and the day.

Questions worth answering up front.

No. It schedules staff shifts. Use your booking software for clients and Zchedule for who works when.

Zchedule is built for staff you schedule and pay by the hour. Chair renters who set their own hours usually don't need it; your desk and assistant team might.

One flat monthly price per team, not per person. Free covers up to 10 people including you, and every new team starts with 14 days of Pro.
